A credit account is for businesses that send with us regularly. Once your application is approved, you book deliveries as usual and pay on the terms we agree with you, instead of paying for each delivery.

Have these ready.
The application takes a few minutes if you have your documents at hand. PDFs and photos taken with your phone are both fine.

Company registration (CIPC) Required
Your CIPC registration certificate, or proof that you trade as a sole proprietor.

ID of the owner or a director Required
A clear scan or a phone photo. For a smart ID card, add both sides.

Proof of business address Optional
For example a recent utility bill or lease.

Bank confirmation letter Optional
Or a recent bank statement that shows the account details.

VAT registration certificate Optional
Only if you are registered for VAT.

Contact, billing and bank details Required
Who we deal with, where we send statements and invoices, and the account your business pays from. You type these into the form.

Kept private.
ID copies and bank details are sensitive. Uploaded documents are stored privately on our server, never in a public folder, and only 5Ster staff who handle accounts can open them, after logging in. Applications that don’t go ahead are deleted.
